Want to #JoinTheRusch for your own adventure? My team of riding, coaching, and nutrition experts and I have planned ways for riders and adventurers of all levels to stretch your limits, challenge yourself, and see parts of the world that will amaze and inspire you. Be part of the Rusch Academy 4 days of gravel riding at the #GravelLessTraveled Camp, celebrate in my hometown with a Labor Day Weekend ride of 20, 62.5, or 100 miles at Rebecca's Private Idaho, or travel with this fall to experience the epic trails, impactful history, and beautiful people of Laos on mountain bike on the MTB-LAO4 trip.
I've been building a personal habit tracker logging small daily "brain and body" metrics, and recently added results from this Spacebar Clicker Test as one data point. The idea is seeing whether sleep quality or caffeine intake correlate with reaction speed, and having a consistent, repeatable test matters a lot for casual self-experimentation. The numbers have been stable enough to spot patterns, my scores noticeably dip on days I haven't slept well, matching what I'd expect. Easy to run a quick test without extra steps interrupting my morning routine. Not scientific-grade research, just a fun personal project, but reliable enough to trust. Easy metric to add to quantified-self tracking.
https://www.75bd.app/ got linked in a random thread I was skimming, so I opened it mostly out of curiosity about the layout. It’s actually pretty easy to get your bearings right away—there’s no “where am I supposed to click?” moment. The navigation feels simple and the way things are grouped makes sense, so you’re not bouncing around trying to find stuff. What I noticed most is how the content is broken up into neat sections instead of being one giant wall of text, which makes it way easier to scan quickly. On my end it also switched between pages/snippets without feeling sluggish. Overall it just looks clean, with readable columns and clear content blocks separated in a way that’s easy on…
