Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for everyone! It is not women specific. If you are a cyclist looking for connection, wellness, knowledge, and a chance to relax and be pampered at a world-class resort, this retreat is for you.

 

How good of a cyclist do I need to be to attend?

You do not have to be fast or the strongest technical rider, but you do need to be a seasoned cyclist from any terrain. This retreat is more about movement and connection than about going hard, but there will not be sessions on how to ride a bike, so please be sure you are comfortable riding and do not need basic technical skills such as breaking and shifting gears on gravel terrain. 

 

Is this for hard-core cyclists?

No, this retreat is for every cyclist who is a seasoned rider. There will be groups for varying challenge levels, from those who want to push harder to those that need a milder pace. The riding is more about movement, connecting with your body and with nature. 

 

Do I have to bring my own bike?

No there will be bikes available at Canyon Ranch. 

 

Can I bring my own bike?
