For instance, while brushing my teeth, I engage in what I call "brushing balance," a practice of standing on one foot to foster balance and strengthen my feet. And when feeding my dogs, I incorporate squats into the routine. These acts, seemingly small, are my daily nods to a life lived in wellness, proving that every moment holds the potential for health.

As I walk my dogs, I incorporate shoulder mobility exercises, affectionately dubbed "walking windmills," opening up my chest and shoulders, countering the hunched posture we too often find ourselves in.
