That means “hello" in Lao and you’re going to hear and say that word about a million times while we’re over there riding. Laos is the friendliest country in the world and I guarantee they are going to love meeting you and you are going to love meeting them.
I am STOKED to have you as part of the MTBLAO4 trip from December 2nd to December 16th, 2019. I promise you this will be a unique adventure full of great riding, culture, history and plenty of Beer Lao! It is truly a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you for trusting me and coming on this adventure.

GEAR LIST
Please be sure to test out all of the gear before the trip and make sure any new items are broken in and work for you.

When packing, please limit your luggage to one bike case, one duffel bag and a personal backpack (carry on). We have limited space in our vans, so please pack intelligently. I like to label my gear and also separate things into packing cubes and stuff sacks to keep them organized.
We’ll be in a new location almost every day which means packing up your gear every morning before riding. Organization is really useful in this type of trip.
