For the month of May, Beyond Coastal sunscreen gave us a lot of product to give out for our monthly contest. I slather their products on every day, so I know how important skin care can be especially since I live in the high desert climate. I received an overwhelming numbers of questions, many that I was simply not qualified to answer! Although my years at college were formative, I didn’t spend much time studying dermatology. Here are two resources that you can access if you would like to know more about skin care and the effects long term sun damage can have on your body: ewg.org and webmd.com
Due to my busy race schedule and the large amount of questions, I wasn’t able to answer every one for May. We do have three lucky winner who will be receiving their products just in time for the hottest months of summer.
